Collaboration is a key to your success in an interconnected global space. One of the greatest lessons you have learned, particularly from the power of teamwork in your studies, is that each and every voice matters. Diversity and inclusion spark creativity and innovation,\u201d Mudavadi noted.<\/p>\n<p>He encouraged graduates to approach challenges in the global arena with resilience, emphasizing the need to adapt to shifts such as climate change, security concerns, demographic transitions, and technological advancements.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese global challenges and opportunities have an impact on Kenya\u2019s economic and social transformation journey, which is anchored on the Government\u2019s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda and Vision 2030.\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>Mudavadi called for a balanced perspective on youth empowerment, urging stakeholders to view the youth as assets to attract industrial investments rather than as a liability. He underscored education\u2019s role as a catalyst for change, fostering the skills needed to navigate challenges and opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The Prime CS also appealed to stakeholders to actively engage in forums shaping government policies, particularly the university funding model, to ensure the sector\u2019s sustainability and progress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou have an opportunity to make a difference in building public consensus on Government priorities, including the higher university funding model and how to improve the financial and operational viability of universities.
