The project, he said, will transform urban mobility in the Nairobi Metropolitan, stimulate economic growth, and promote prosperity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe financing framework is being finalised, and Kenya will provide counterpart funding to support implementation,\u201d the President stated.<\/p>\n<p>Ruto also praised the robust cooperation between the two countries on regional peace and defence, citing the Kenya\u2013UK Defence Cooperation Agreement as a key pillar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Kenya\u2013UK Defence Cooperation Agreement has delivered significant benefits.
