The Kenyan Court of Appeal has rejected an application by Paul Ndung\u2019u to reopen a concluded legal dispute over the SportPesa brand.<\/p>\n
The decision, delivered by a three-judge bench, rejected the application made by Mr Ndung\u2019u and ultimately dismissed his motion in its entirety, finding it had \u201cno merit\u201d, and awarded costs to Milestone Games.<\/p>\n
This is the second legal case that Mr Ndung\u2019u has lost against SportPesa in recent months, with the English High Court finding in November 2025 no substance to a legal claim filed by Mr Ndung\u2019u against the company and its leadership.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe court\u2019s decision to reject this baseless bid to reopen a settled case brings this matter to a welcomed conclusion. For years, we have faced a pattern of vexatious litigation and media manipulation. Now, we are vindicated in both Kenya and England, with a KSh 374 million costs order in our favour.<\/p>\n

SportPesa reaffirmed its long-standing commitment to supporting sports development by announcing a Kshs 120 million multi-sport sponsorship investment spanning boxing, rugby and rallying in Kenya.<\/p>\n
