The survey places Kisii Governor Simba Arati among the highest-rated leaders, alongside Murang\u2019a Governor Irungu Kang\u2019ata, Nyeri Governor Anne Waiguru, Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti, and Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga.<\/p>\n
Also featured in the rankings are Mandera Governor Mohamed Adan Khalif, Marsabit Governor Mohamud Ali Guyo, Samburu Governor Jonathan Lelelit Ole Ntutu, and Kiambu Governor Kimani Wamatangi.<\/p>\n
