At the end of March, the Kalasha International Film and TV Awards announced this year\u2019s nominees following a rigorous judges panel.<\/p>\n
To help Kenyans watch the films as they vote online, the Kenya Film Commission, in partnership with the Anga cinemas, began hosting free screenings on April 6, before the Kalasha award ceremony.<\/p>\n
The screenings continue this week until April 17, featuring a mix of feature films, documentaries, student projects, and indigenous productions at the Panari Sky cinemas and Diamond Plaza cinemas.<\/p>\n
Among the highlights are \u2018Spin To Lose\u2019, \u2018Makosa Ni Yangu\u2019, \u2018S.He Gets Me\u2019, \u2018Boda Love, and \u2018Sarah\u2019.<\/p>\n
Indigenous film \u201cInkidongi\u201d will also be screening this week.<\/p>\n\n
