American rapper Cardi B has received six nominations from the newly released BET 2026 nominations.<\/p>\n
The \u201cAm I The Drama\u201d rapper received nominations in Album of the Year, Best Female Hip Hop Artist, Viewer\u2019s Choice, Video Director of the Year and two more nominations in other categories.<\/p>\n
Kendrick Lamar and Mariah The Scientist follow with five nominations, while Doechii, Doja Cat, Clipse, Teyana Taylor, Olivia Dean and Latto got four nods each.<\/p>\n
What\u2019s new?<\/strong><\/p>\n BET has added two new categories this year: The Fashion Vanguard Award and The Pulse Award.<\/p>\n The Fashion Vanguard Award<\/strong> recognises a global figure whose fashion presence has had long-standing cultural impact, has significantly influenced style narratives, and continues to elevate fashion as a form of storytelling across music, film, sports and public life.<\/p>\n This year\u2019s nominees are A$AP Rocky, Bad Bunny, Beyonc\u00e9, Cardi B, Colman Domingo, Doechii, Rihanna, Teyana Taylor and Zendaya.<\/p>\n The Pulse Award<\/strong> recognises a creator, campaign or content series that most powerfully moved Black culture forward in digital spaces by sparking conversation, building community and defining the moment online.
