May God bless your union, deepen your friendship, and fill the home you build together with love, joy, and enduring peace,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The President also assured his daughter of their continued support as she embarked on this new phase.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs your parents, we are proud of you, we rejoice with you, and we will always stand beside you,\u201d Ruto affirmed.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony also provided a family-centred setting for leaders from diverse political backgrounds to celebrate the President\u2019s daughter.<\/p>\n<p>ODM leader Oburu Oginga echoed the sentiment, describing the occasion as a joyous moment for the family. He extended his heartfelt congratulations to Charlene and<\/p>\n<p>Isaya, stating, \u201cMay God bless their union, deepen their friendship, and fill the home they build together with love, joy, and enduring peace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi remarked that the ceremony reflected the significance of a child\u2019s transition into a new stage of life and the happiness it brings to parents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA parent\u2019s greatest joy is watching their child grow into a person of character, faith, and purpose, and celebrating the milestones that open a new chapter in their life,\u201d Mudavadi commented.<\/p>\n<p>He further noted that marriage goes beyond the coming together of two individuals, as it also connects families and strengthens community ties.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMarriage is more than the union of two people; it brings families together, strengthens the bonds of community, and carries forward the values and traditions that hold society together,\u201d he said, wishing Charlene and Isaya a life of love, friendship, happiness, and God\u2019s blessings.<\/p>\n<p>National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang\u2019ula also joined the celebrations, describing the occasion as an important milestone for the Ruto family.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no greater joy for a parent than seeing their children grow into responsible, independent adults ready to build families of their own.
