The High Court has lifted conservatory orders stopping the arrest and prosecution of former Murang\u2019a Governor Mwangi Wa Iria, his wife and six other graft suspects.<\/p>\n
In a ruling Monday afternoon, Justice Nixon Sifuna ordered Wa Iria and the co-accused to immediately proceed to EACC Police Station at Integrity Centre for fingerprint taking and statement recording ahead of arraignment on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Judge Sifuna has ordered their arrest in the event of non-compliance.<\/p>\n
