Kenya Power has announced a disruption of its prepaid system scheduled to occur from Sunday 2nd June\u00a0 to Monday 3rd June, 2024.<\/p>\n
In a notice released on Monday, May 27, Kenya Power informed its customers that the prepaid vending system will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance period.<\/p>\n
\u201cDuring the period, customers will not be able to buy electricity from all the vending points including Kenya Power offices, M-PESA Paybill number 888880, Airtel Money and banking channels,\u201d the statement reads.<\/p>\n
The company has advised all prepaid customers to plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe therefore wish to advise our prepaid customers to buy enough tokens before then to avoid any inconvenience.\u201d<\/p>\n
