According to Mudavadi, a defeat on the bill can easily be used to delegitimize President William Ruto-led Kenya Kwanza administration.<\/p>\n
The Prime CS says the ongoing debate about the bill is a political issue as much as it is an economic matter.<\/p>\n

According to Mudavadi, who is also the Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Cabinet Secretary, members of the opposition are alive to this and will be keen on invoking this idea were the Bill fail to gain the approval of parliament.<\/p>\n
