We need to look for long-term solutions and they are with us. I don\u2019t have a solution, but we need to have a situational analysis, make action plans, and work with unions.\u2019 Health CS Nominee Dr. Deborah Barasa.<\/p>\n<p>Barasa who was the second candidate to appear before the committee noted that without the community owning Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF), the implementation of it will be difficult.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is imperative that the community is informed, aware, and owns the SHIF.
