4 people arrested in NACADA shisha raid on Oyster Bay

NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 4 – The National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) has arrested four people following a raid at the Oyster Bay Restaurant.

According to the authority, 46 Shisha Bongs, assorted paraphernalia that includes assorted flavours and charcoal pipes were netted in the operation within Kilimani

A counter book used in shisha stock-taking was also conficated.

All the suspects will be arraigned in court after the investigations are complete.
