Ruto strengthens Kenya-UK security ties in meeting with MI6 Chief

President William Ruto held a meeting with UK Foreign Intelligence Agency (MI6) Chief of Service Richard Moore and British High Commissioner to Kenya Neil Wigan at State House, Nairobi.
The discussions aimed to bolster Kenya-UK cooperation on counter-terrorism and regional security.

Key topics included peace and security measures in the Eastern African region. Both parties reaffirmed the strong relationship between Kenya and the UK, which spans diplomacy, investment, business, defence, and security.

Ruto emphasized that both nations share common values of democracy, the rule of law, and peaceful conflict resolution, ensuring ongoing collaboration in addressing regional and global security challenges.
